Attendance at Offley

At Offley Primary Academy, we celebrate attendance on a weekly basis across the whole school. A class certificate is awarded to the top 3 classes in our weekly celebration assemblies. The winners are the school’s Attendance Heroes (Here, Everyday, Ready, On time). Please help the school to promote excellent attendance by ensuring that your children strive to be Attendance Heroes.

If your child is unable to attend school, please either telephone the school office on 01270 449560 or email offleyadmin@sbmat.org with your child’s full name, class and reason for absence by 9am. You must make contact with the school everyday of your child’s absence even if you tell the office that you expect them to be absent the following day. There is also an opportunity to leave a voicemail regarding your child’s absence if you call before the school office is open.  If there are any issues that may be affecting your child’s attendance, and you would like any support, please do not hesitate to contact our Family Support Officer, Mrs Pass.
